Support Contracts
For long-term peace of mind, you may prefer a support-service contract.
You can then make unlimited support calls.
The cost is just £10 (ex VAT) per PC per month.

Need On-site Support?
Occasionally, something may need repair or replaced
We offer professional on-site support for all of the following

• Faulty hardware repair and replacement and repair
• Hardware installation and configuration
• Software installation and configuration
• Network installation, configuration and repair
• Wireless Network Setup
• Broadband Connection Problems

The cost of parts, replacement hardware, or consumables required to affect repair are not included in the call out or additional on site hourly charges.

Equipment may require removal from site for repair or re-configuration. Additional charges may apply for the return and re-installation of equipment at customer’s site.

How much does it cost?
From £55.00 + Vat call-out including first hour on-site +£40.00 + Vat for additional hours on site

On Site Visits are available Monday - Friday 9:00am to 17:30pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
